Mounts & Battle Pets
Each playable race has a different racial mount type, offered in three color options during an early mount-raising quest line in the starting zones. Some mounts are also available from various merchants or as rare rewards.
Mounts are generally obtained as babies and you’ll need to raise and care for them until they grow into a suitable companion. Once grown to an adult, mounts can be summoned into the world. They have their own health bar, stats, experience amount and level, slots for equipment and collision. You can ride your mount or have them follow you as you run around. Mounts also have different abilities that are gained as they level and can be used while you’re riding. They can also be attacked by hostile NPCs or players, to prevent you from escaping.
Mounts can be named and will display this name over their head when rider-less. Target your mount when summoned and right click their health bar to rename them. Some mounts such as the horses, elk and snowlions, have the ability to carry more than one character. The owner acts as the main rider and controls the mount, while another member of their faction can mount up behind and be transported. This is especially handy for moving trade packs. The mount’s owner can dismount passengers at any time.

These mounts can be obtained from Gilda Star Soul Merchant; the Daru in Austera, Solis Headlands or Marianople. You will need to put down a Small Breath of Life + the mount soul + materials to grow them (shown below).

10 - Slam - Instructs the pangolin to wind up, then smash the ground to create an earthquake. Damages all enemies within 3m and decreases their Move Speed -30%.

15 - Pangocharge - Triggers a pounce that inflicts damage on a distant target and knocks it backward (Trips for 2 seconds instead if it's Slowed). Can't be used while carrying a trade pack.

20 - Stubborn Dash - Triggers a 3 second forward roll. Increases the pangolin and rider's Defense and Magic Defense +5000, and grants immunity to Fear and Slow. Can't be used while carrying a trade pack.

25 - Patience - Grants defensive buffs to allies within 16m for 5 seconds. Effect ends early if you dismount.

20 - Unstoppable Race - Charges forward for 3sec. Immediately cancels Snared and grants immunity to the effect during the charge. Cannot be used while carrying a trade pack.

Polaris Bear
Obtained from breeding.
How to breed?

Buy some blizzard cubs from the Livestock Merchant and place them in your farms. You can fit 16 cubs in a 16 by 16 farm. If you plant them in a subarctic zone, it takes 20h to mature. Otherwise it takes 1day 7h to mature. Feed them with Combined Feed.

You will need some male and female bears. You will not know their sex until they have matured. If you do not get any male bears, release one or two and place more cubs down until you get a male bear.

Once you get a male bear, leave the females alone and simply feed and shear the male bears. After 20h, the male ones have a chance to turn into a stud.

Once you get a stud, click on the musical note icon to encourage him to mate wit hthe female bears around him. The female bears around him will have hearts over their heads. They have a chance to get pregnant after they recover.

If any of the female bears get pregnant, you can help to birth a baby bear

Pregnancy time is 31 h 25 min. The Polaris Cub can turn into a Polaris Ursun (battle pet) or Polaris Bjorne (mount).

Mini-Miner
Map: Airain Rock
Race: Dwarf battle pet
The Mini-Miner is a Western Continent Battle Pet. All races can buy the Battle Pet for 10 Silver at Andelph in Airain Rock. The Nuia factions can obtain the Battle Pet for free by completing the Bash the Bots quest in Andelph.

25 - Strong Blow - Forcefully attacks an enemy, inflicting 1042 Physical damage. Inflicts greater Physical damage on Bleeding enemies. Cannot be used while on Low Power. CD 6 sec.

25 - Self-Recovery - Repairs the damaged area. Continuously restores up to 4095 health over 3 sec. Can't be used while on Low Power. CD 15 sec.

30 - Engine Overload - Overheats the engine to increase its Melee, Ranged, and Magic Attack damage output, as well as Attack Speed, for 10 sec. Can't be used while on Low Power. CD 18 sec.

35 - Driller - Shoots a drill, inflicting 1390 Physical damage and significantly Slowing its target for 3 sec. Can't be used while on Low Power. CD 24 sec.

40 - That's MINE! - Fires a laser beam that deals Magic Damage for 3 seconds. Using That's MINE triggers the Low Power debuff, preventing other actions. Can only be used while facing the target. CD 30 sec.
Sabrefang
Map: Villanelle
Race: Haranya
The Calico Sabrefang is an Eastern Continent Battle Pet. All races can buy the Battle Pet for 10 Silver at Jaun's Ranch in Villanelle. The Haranya faction can obtain the Battle Pet for free by completing the With Blade in Hand quest in Jaun's Ranch.

The Steelspine Thornboar is an Eastern Continent Battle Pet. All races can buy the Battle Pet for 10 Silver at Communal Ranch in Sunbite Wilds. The Haranya faction can obtain the Battle Pet for free by completing the All the Cute quest in Communal Ranch.

The Wolfhound is a Western Continent Battle Pet. All races can buy the Battle Pet for 10 silver at Dawnsliver in Marianople. The Nuia faction can obtain the Battle Pet for free by completing the Wool for a Wolfhound quest in Dawnsliver.
