1. Starting the Quest
To begin the Dream Ring questline, you will have to acquire a drop item from Sirothe The Infernal, the final boss in Serpentis. Serpentis is the 5 man raid instance located in Exeloch, Auroria.
You get 3 free passes to enter Serpentis. For the next 2 entries, you will need to buy it at a General Merchant for 30g each.
The item that begins the Dream Ring questline, Mysterious Gem will drop from the last boss in Serpentis.
2. Gentle Whispers
Archeologist Jeisson in Duskgleam, Rookborne Basin
To complete this step simply speak to an archaelogist. Here are some of their locations:
Haranya (East):

3. The Evenbards
Next, you will need to find an Evenbard. They spawn in almost every major city between 20:00 and 8:00 server. For the western faction:

Samion spawns in Marianople,
-
Samiel in Crescent Throne, Solzreed Peninsula.
For the East
-
Nirha in Lutesong Harbor, Villanelle,and
They can have up to 3 spawn locations per city and may not even spawn in the city each night. I suggest doing /target {insertname} to find them.
4. The Daru's Gem
To complete this step, simply speak to Blacksmith Buruli in Halcyona.
5. The Sunken Tome

Grab some Dahuta's Bubble(s) and go diving at the Sunken Island South of Freedich Island.

All of the mobs have a chance to drop the Dream Ring Creation Quest Item.

The mini bosses from collecting Prince Riesig the Accursed Ancient Tokens have a higher chance to drop the item. However, you will need a couple of others to help you as the mini bosses regenerate health quite fast.

Dahuta's Champion Nazar also has a chance to drop this item. However, he is a World Boss and you will need assistance.

Turn in into Blacksmith Buruli in Halcyona for the first stage of the ring; Forgotten Dream Ring.
6. The Hand of Fate
From this point onwards, make sure you have your dream ring equipped everytime you talk to the NPC or while completing the quest given.
The trail will need to be picked up once again by finding the Arcane Soul in Eastern Heedmar, located south of the volcano.
It is basically a sword called Sword of Fate that is stuck in a stone surrounded by lava. You have to cross the lava to interact with it and obtain the quest from the Arcane Soul.
Remember to put on your ring before you cross the lava! Otherwise you will get stunned and die from the lava damage.
This quest requires you to run around Auroria and mine Pharaum nodes. Talk to Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen.
7. The Price of Labor
Head to Growlgate island (pirate island) and locate Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen.

His quest will have you head to the cliffside South of the Royal Palace of Ezna in Two Crowns.

Glide along the cliff side directly South of the Royal Palace and look for a perch with a bench and a tunnel.

Use the item at the bench perched on the cliff and beat the mob that spawns.
-
You will need to bring a group of 5.
-
Report to Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen.
8. Specialized Equipment
Make sure you have the ring on to get this quest!

Kamlen requests:
100 Star Shard Ingots
Starshard Chips can be found in the water south of Cinderstone Moore. They will have to be refined into Starshard Ingots at a smelter.
15 Chaos Starshards
They are located all over the southern part of Perinoor Ruins.
When you are done, report to Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen.
9. The Heart of Flame
Head to Askja Crater in Cinderstone Moore to kill an Inferno elemental.
An item is provided to summon the beast. You will need a party with a tank and healer to tackle this beast. When you kill him, combine its heart with the chest provided for the quest. Then return to Pirate Blacksmith Kamlenin Growlgate Isle and get your heroic ranked ring; Reforged Dream Ring.
10. Fact and Fiction
After getting the heroic ranked ring, head to Ynys Isle of Solzreed Peninsula, Nuia. Approach from the west side of the island. Follow the path from the beach up to the middle of the island. It will lead you to a shrine of Nui.
Talk to Traveler Luke. He will send you to find Book Collector Nachen in Veroe, Hasla who is on the top floor of the temple.
11. Nachen's Vengeance
Go to Growlgate Island and kill Morpheus the Forsaken.
When he’s dead return to Nachen in Veroe, Hasla. He will give you the Aranzebia and the Dead Princess manuscript. Go to a Printing Press and craft the book. You will need 25 labor points,
10 paper, 1 Memory Ink and 5 Leather to craft it.
Put the book down in your house then interact with it. This will open up the next quest.
12. The Hidden Key
There are 2 parts to this quest. They can be done in any order.
First, go to the 5 man dungeon, Hadir Farm in west Ynystere. Once inside, you can go straight to the barn on the east side of the map. If Dahuta High Priest Annmit does not spawn, you may have to kill the dungeon bosses. You will get the first key fragment after killing the High Priest.
The 2nd key fragment will require a raid group. Kill Dahuta's Champion Nazar in the underwater city, south of Freedich Island. Once both halves are obtained, right click on one of the fragments to combine the key parts.
13. Delphinad's Treasure
Now sail out west of Freedich Island to a small island in the Sunspeck sea to kill the Abyssal Ravager.
On the east side of the island, there is a small opening not far under the surface of the water. Inside you will find a small cave and in the corner, you will find an object called Dahuta's Sealstone. Using the key on the sealstone will summon a boss mob that will drop an item. Turn it in to Kamlen on Growlgate Island.
14. Restoring the Ring
The quest to create your unique level ring is a large gold sink. Obtain the following:

125 Topaz,
-
40 Amethyst,
-
125 Emerald, and
-
15 Abyssal Soot (dropped by Carmila, Lerman and Aunorin Fangbow in Serpentis.)
Once all of these have been gathered take it to Kamlen for your unique ring; Augmented Dream Ring.
15. The Man From Auroria
First, speak to Wanderer Arde in Lavis, Karkasse Ridgelands. You will be required to kill 2 dungeon bosses, 2 mini world bosses and 1 main world boss. The “Mini” World bosses can be done with a group of about 3, while Riesig will take a full raid group or more.

Return to Wanderer Arde in Karkasse Ridgelands when this step is completed.
16. A Protective Potion
You will need diamonds, rubies, sapphires and two quest items:

3 Diamonds
-
5 Rubies
-
10 Sapphires
-
1 Frostbloom and
-
1 Snowflake.
To obtain the Frostbloom and the Snowflake you must climb the highest peaks of Rookborne Basin and Trosk Mountain in Lilyut Hills. You may want to use a yata, rabbit or snail mount.

Report to Wanderer Arde in Karkasse Ridgelands when you have obtained all the items.
17. The Staff of the Archmage
You will obtain a potion when accepting this quest. It is not required to use but it will save you from a lot of damage from Zaldrane the Enchantress. You will likely need a few parties whether you use the potion or not.
18. The Hero's Path
Kill the following World Bosses for these items.
After obtaining these items, return to Wanderer Arde in Karkasse Ridgelands.
Kill Kraken
Kill Hounds of Kyrios (Crimson Rift)
Kill Hanure the Hunter (Hasla)
Kill Calamitous Vyrava
Kill Anthalon
Kraken Eye
Hound of Kyrios Soulstone
Hanure's Heart
Vyrava's Manastone
Anthalon's Staff
19. The Final Ingredients
To complete your ring, collect the following:
-
15 Sirothe's True Blood from Sirothe in Serpentis
-
15 Crystallized Shadow from Dahuta in Sea of Drowned Love
-
a Delphinad Trandescent Stone; Combine the Augmented Dream Ring, an Illustrious Earth Ring and the Delphinad Magic Crystal that was given to you by Wanderer Arde after the previous quest.
Finally, turn all this into Wanderer Arde to receive the final ring; Flawless Dream Ring.
This ring needs to be recharged every 3 months. Get the "Recharging the Ring" quest from Wanderer Arde to recharge it.
If you're doing the Hiram Ring questline, you can combine Flawless Dream Ring and Augmented Hiram's Chosen Ring to get an epic Flawless Hiram’s Chosen Ring!
