- Speak with Lorekeeper Rhosan on the north end of Atholma. (In a hut)
- Speak with Marlen near the Jemandi Market. (NW of Atholma waypoint)
- Find Ewyn's retreat to the east of Olma's Legacy. (In The Hunting Grounds)
- Go through the sand jackal portal on the west side of Rata Primus.

- Kill Old Stonehoof. He is a bounty on Atholma Bounty Board.
- Kill Ironshell. He is a bounty on Atholma Bounty Board.
- Complete Gathering Storm META event. Zohaqan drops this item.
- Do the Gathering Storm META pre-event. Defeat the rampaging elementals.
- After the Gathering Storm META event, gather the Eerie Driftwood on the northern coast.
- Exit the cave where Zohaqan was & interact with a tree near the beach.
- Purchase this item from the heart vendor near Magnetics Lab. It cost 10k karma + 25 Difluorite Crystals.

- Do the pre-event for Specimen Chamber. It begins near by the Specimen Chamber PoI in the Western Complex.
- In a Stolen Chest below Whispering Grotto in Elon Riverlands.
- Complete the Specimen Chamber META event. Kill 2 specimen bosses.
- Talk to Efi again with the bow.
